About
Brian led digital communication strategy for the advocacy affiliate of the American Cancer Society for more than 15 years. He has been recognized as an expert in developing and executing award-winning programs that leverage extensive platforms, including email, social media, SMS and web. He also served for four years as an advocacy field consultant for the Society helping guide legislative campaigns and grassroots initiatives in 10 southeastern states.
Prior to these roles, Brian helped lead the public affairs program for Atlanta’s largest independent public relations agency. His work included creating and executing media and outreach programs for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations. He managed the agency’s qualitative and quantitative research practice, leading focus groups and polling activity for clients.

Brian Rubenstein
President
Earlier in his career, Brian served in a series of political and campaign positions. For nearly four years he served as Communications Director for the Democratic Party of Georgia, launching new programs, working directly with the media – including at the 1996 Democratic National Convention – and creating direct mail, radio ads and other campaign collateral.
He also served as Communications Director for Georgia Senate Majority Leader Sonny Perdue, worked as a political media consultant in Louisiana for House Speaker John Alario and the Louisiana Democratic Party, and was a political appointee in the press secretary’s office at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Originally from Baltimore, Brian enjoys playing basketball and tennis, is an avid college basketball fan and loves spending time with his wife and two boys. He and his family reside in Johns Creek, GA.
